Bryan. The occasion was a celebration of the 39th Anniversary of the Independence of Jamaica at a function at City Hall in the New York City Council Chambers on Monday, August 6, 2001. The function was organized by Councilwoman Hon. Una Clarke when ten Jamaicans who have made exemplary contributions in various fields were presented with Proclamations. |
